cant believe its been a month....

i admit, it has been pretty cold these past few days. however, overall most of the people I talk to say this is such a warm winter. I am definitely thankful for that! I am also very thankful for the branch and church activities here. the branch is mostly made up of a few younger fun couples and some awesome temple missionary couples. we get to go to FHE and Institute ever Monday and Wednesday night and its cool to meet some of the few locals that are involved, and we are well taken care of. We also had a ward party on Saturday night after going to St. Sophia's (church/museum) and we were invited to a couple in our branches home Sunday night for games (bonus on Saturday was taco's. so goood! and Rockband, haha.). Valentine's Day before school we went to the Chernobyl museum here in Kiev. it was really interesting and sad. i wish i could have read most of the information, but it still got the genereal idea across. well, this blog is sadly lacking in comparison, but oh well.
